The best methods to gain weight in home and look attractive

Every women want to loos weight for looking attractive, but in the case of men they want to gain weight properly and look attractive. So their are some home based methods that you can try at least one time, if you have any in less weight i think you already tried many things, i prefer you to try this method at least one time, so lets start

1) Drink water minimum 4.6 liter a day:


In a research that show water will help you to gain weight. I think you thinking, How? When you drink water they help you to growing your dry body cells, and fill up your body with some cells, but remember don't drink water before eating a meal because water fill your stomach and you can't eat more food, for this you can't take enough calories

2) Obviously take enough calories
When it is about gain your weight you should take enough calories..... I think all tell this but which food give you more calories , they don't. But eating too much high calories food make you too much fat and your belly comes out. So their are some medium high calorie food you should take

1)Banana
2)Milk
3)Roti
4)Coconut
5)Peanuts
6)Dry Fruits
7)Rice
8)Avocado
9)Pasta
10)Peanut Butter
                                           You should try this foods... and try to intake 1000 to 1200 calories a day.


3) Exercise 
In a gap of two days you should try some exercises like push-ups, weight lifting(heavy) sit ups..... Yes just three,,, Just try those exercises in a gap of two days. You 110% feel that you are gaining weight naturally...and note one thing after doing exercise you should take a rest of 10 to 12 minutes...
